Frances Reed is the founder and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) of Shine on the Spectrum, bringing over 10 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. With a deep commitment to ethical, compassionate, and effective care, Frances leads our team with a vision centered on empowering children and supporting families through high-quality, individualized ABA services.
As both the company’s owner and clinical leader, she is dedicated to creating a supportive environment for staff and ensuring that every client receives the thoughtful, evidence-based care they deserve. Her extensive background in behavior analysis, combined with her passion for helping others, shapes the heart of our company.
Beyond her professional role, Frances is a proud twin mom and finds joy in spending time with her children. She also loves gardening, staying active, and taking care of her beloved fur babies—interests that keep her grounded, balanced, and energized.
Frances’s commitment, warmth, and leadership play a vital role in the success of our team and the progress of the families we serve.
Apryl Alexander
Operations Manager/RLT
Apryl serves as the Operations Manager at our organization, bringing three years of dedicated experience in the ABA field. With strong skills in administrative leadership and client support, she plays a key role in ensuring that our daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
In addition to her leadership role, Apryl is also a Registered Line Technician (RLT) and occasionally works directly with our clients. Her hands-on experience allows her to stay closely connected to the families we serve and ensures that her operational decisions always reflect the needs of our clients and clinical team.
Apryl is passionate about supporting high-quality services, fostering a positive environment for staff and families, and helping our team deliver meaningful outcomes for the children we serve.
Chasity Dugar
Lead RBT
Chasity is a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician with five years of experience supporting children and families in the ABA field. She is passionate about fostering meaningful progress, creating supportive learning environments, and helping each child reach their fullest potential.
Chasity is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Capella University, where she is building a strong academic foundation to complement her hands-on clinical experience. With a clear commitment to professional growth, she plans to continue her education and ultimately become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Known for her patience, compassion, and enthusiasm, Chasity brings a warm and engaging approach to every session. She is excited to continue expanding her skills and making a positive, lasting difference in the lives of the children and families she serves.
