Frances is our dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a passion for empowering children with developmental disabilities. Frances holds a bachelor's degree in Child and Family Studies from The University of Louisiana at Lafayette, and obtained a Master's in Developmental Disabilities with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Nova Southeastern University. With a wealth of experience spanning over 10 years, Frances specializes in various areas including 1:1 therapy, social skills, school readiness, communication training, and parent education. Outside of her professional endeavors, Frances finds joy in spending quality time with her twin daughters, indulging in her love for gardening.
Karol Usey
RLT
Karol is a compassionate professional dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of children with developmental needs. Karol earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, followed by a Master's degree specializing in ABA from Capella University. Currently on the path towards becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Karol is actively accruing supervision hours to achieve this goal. With over a year of experience as a Registered Line Technician (RLT), Karol has worked extensively with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and various other conditions. Karol finds her passion in assisting others in shaping their lives towards fulfillment and success. Outside of her professional pursuits, Karol enjoys quality time with her husband, often indulging in sushi dates, and finds solace in listening to music.

With a year of experience under her belt, Andria brings a blend of enthusiasm and empathy to her role. Inspired by her mother, who devoted her career to working with children with disabilities, Andria found her calling early on. Outside of her work, Andria finds solace in journaling, a creative outlet that reflects her introspective nature and commitment to personal growth. With her compassionate spirit and genuine dedication, Andria is an invaluable member of our team, shaping brighter futures for the children we serve.
Kaely Smith

Introducing Kaely Smith, our compassionate Registered Line Technician (RLT) with a year of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Kaely's innate desire to assist others, combined with her love for working with children, drives her excellence in her role. Her dedication to making a positive impact shines through in every interaction. Outside of work, Kaely finds joy in the simple pleasures of life, cherishing moments spent with her beloved dog, Hazel.
